Windows startet nicht - weißer Bildschirm Hallo miteinander, ich habe dasselbe Problem wie kief 15 am 18. Mai: Der Laptop (Windows xp) wechselt beim Hochfahren auf einen weißen Bildschirm mit der Aufschrift "Bitte warten sie während die Verbindung hergestellt wird" (und ebenso in Englisch). Das Ganze trat schon vor einigen Wochen auf; ich habe den Laptop dann erstmal beiseite gestellt, weil ich nicht wusste, was ich machen soll, und bin erst heute auf eure Seiten gestoßen. Ich habe mir nun (wie in der Anleitung für kief 15) OTLPE mit diesem sauberen Rechner, von dem aus ich momentan schreibe, besorgt, den Laptop damit gestartet und, ebenfalls nach dieser Anleitung, einen Scan gemacht. Funktioniert noch der abgesicherte Modus mit Netzwerktreibern? Mit Internetverbindung? Abgesicherter Modus zur Bereinigung

Hallo Arne, danke für die Antwort. Wenn ich im abgesicherten Modus starte, komme ich bis zum Bildschirm, wo ich den Benutzer auswählen kann (Administrator oder MUC1), im weiteren Verlauf komme ich dann doch wieder nur auf den weißen Bildschirm mit der Schrift "Please wait while the connection is beeing established". Hab's mit beiden möglichen Benutzernamen versucht. Hier geht's also nicht weiter. Gruß Martin |
Mach einen OTL-Fix über OTLPE, starte OTL und kopiere folgenden Text in die "Custom Scan/Fixes" Box (unten in OTL): (das ":OTL" muss mitkopiert werden!!!) Code: :OTLDas Logfile müsste geöffnet werden, wenn Du nach dem Fixen auf ok klickst, poste das bitte. Evtl. wird der Rechner neu gestartet. Die mit diesem Script gefixten Einträge, Dateien und Ordner werden zur Sicherheit nicht vollständig gelöscht, es wird eine Sicherheitskopie auf der Systempartition im Ordner "_OTL" erstellt. Hinweis: Das obige Script ist nur für diesen einen User in dieser Situtation erstellt worden. Es ist auf keinen anderen Rechner portierbar und darf nicht anderweitig verwandt werden, da es das System nachhaltig schädigen kann! Danach sollte Windows wieder normal starten - stell uns bitte den Quarantäneordner von OTL zur Verfügung. Dabei bitte so vorgehen: 1.) GANZ WICHTIG!! Virenscanner deaktivieren, der darf das Packen nicht beeinträchtigen! 2.) Ordner movedfiles in C:\_OTL in eine Datei zippen 3.) Die erstellte ZIP-Datei hier hochladen => http://www.trojaner-board.de/54791-a...ner-board.html Hinweis: Die Datei bitte wie in der Anleitung zum UpChannel angegeben auch da hochladen. Hallo Arne, Kann sein, dass ich einen Fehler gemacht habe: Beim Rüberkopieren des Fixes sind sind mir zunächst alle Absatzmarken verloren gegangen (als Nur-Text-Datei-gespeichert). OTL hat dann auch gleich eine Fehlermeldung ausgegeben, daraufhin habe ich den Text nochmal richtig gespeichert und laufen lassen. Danach hat mich der Rechner gefragt, ob ich einen Neustart machen will, habe ich mit ok bestätigt, ist aber nichts weiter geschehen. Ich konnte auch nicht über "Start" neustarten (keine Reaktion beim Klicken auf die Start-Taste). Habe den Neustart dann mittels Ausschalttaste erzwungen; Rechner ist jetzt ohne die CD hochgefahren bis zum blauen Bildschirm mit Windows XP Logo, aber weiter geht's nicht. Mit der OTLPE-CD fährt er wieder hoch wie zuvor. Den Quarantäne-Ordner von _OTL habe ich im Upload-Channel hochgeladen. Nein leider. Hab's gerade versucht: Im abgesicherten Modus geht's über den "Willkommen-Screen und die Auswahl des Benutzers bis zu einem schwarzen Bildschirm, auf dem an allen vier Ecken "Abgesicherter Modus" steht und oben in der Mitte die Angabe meines Betriebssystems mit SP3. Der Mauszeiger ist da und kann auch bewegt werden, aber es gibt nichts, worauf ich klicken könnte. Über Strg-Alt-Entf komme ich immerhin an den Task-Manager, wen ich mich als "Administrator" anmelde. Bitte jetzt routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit malwarebytes machen und Log posten. =>ALLE lokalen Datenträger (außer CD/DVD) überprüfen lassen! Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss! Außerdem müssen alle Funde entfernt werden. Falls Logs aus älteren Scans mit Malwarebytes vorhanden sind, bitte auch davon alle posten! ESET Online Scanner

Hätte da mal zwei Fragen bevor es weiter geht 1.) Geht der normale Modus von Windows (wieder) uneingeschränkt? 2.) Vermisst du irgendwas im Startmenü? Sind da leere Ordner unter alle Programme oder ist alles vorhanden? |
Also, das Windows scheint im normalen Modus wieder einwandfrei zu funktionieren. Fährt hoch, bin auch jetzt im Netz mit dem Laptop. Allerdings zeigt der Bildschirm einen leeren Desktop, keinerlei Symbole, nur unten die Taskleiste. Vom Start-Button kann ich aber alles aufrufen. Auch die Programme im Startmenü scheinen alle da zu sein - mit einer Ausnahme: Von der Banking-Software VR-NetWorld fehlt der Button zum Programmstart. Nur die Möglichkeit Restore und Backup klappen im Startmenü an der entsprechenden Stelle auf. Das Programm ist aber über den Explorer im Programmordner zu finden und von dort aus auch zu starten. Auffälligkeiten auf den Bankkonten gab es glücklicherweise keine. Ansonsten fällt noch auf, dass unter "Dokumente und Einstellungen" neue Benutzerordner angelegt wurden, die vorher noch nicht da waren: "Administrator" (evtl. war der vorher doch schon da, bin mir nicht sicher), "Administrator.PC2" und "Administrator.PC2.000" (die gabs vorher sicher nicht). Erwähnenswert ist vielleicht auch noch, dass früher beim Starten immer die Aufforderung kam, die Windows Genuine Advantage Software zu installieren. Ich habe das nie gemacht, sondern immer weggeklickt. Das poppt jetzt beim Hochfahren auch nicht mehr auf. Sonst fällt mir im Moment nichts weiter auf. Schönen Gruß Martin |
