Hallo liebe Helfer,

ich habe heute eine Email von O2 erhalten, in der angegeben wurde, dass ich eine neue Rechnung für den Monat Februar erhalten habe, diese Rechnung war der E-Mail angehängt.

Ich bin jedoch kein Kunde von o2 und leider habe ich noch im leichten Schlaf die *.pdf Datei runtergeladen und geöffnet, als ich dies getan habe, erschien ein kleines Fenster, welches sofort wieder verschwand, so dass ich den Inhalt nicht lesen konnte. Danach gab es eine Meldung, dass mein Acrobat Reader abgestürzt sei.

Nachdem ich mich ein wenig informiert habe, bin ich nun misstrauisch und weiß nicht so recht, was ich nun machen soll, bzw. herausfinden kann, ob da wirklich etwas war, was nicht in mein System gehört.

Normalerweise öffne ich solche Dateien auch nicht, schon gar nicht, wenn sie von einem "Unternehmen" kommen, bei dem ich kein Kunde bin, da ich mich jedoch zuvor für einen Vertrag bei o2 interessiert habe, später jedoch einen anderen Anbieter ausgewählt habe, war ich schon ein wenig irritiert, warum sie mir nun eine Rechnung schicken.

Ich benötige nun Hilfe, um eventuelle Schädlinge von meinem System zu entfernen, da ich bei der Sache nun kein gutes Gefühl habe.

Ich habe hier schon mal das Logfile von hijackthis, jedoch ohne nennenswerte Erscheinungen. Falls noch mehr Informationen nötig sind, wäre es gut, wenn ihr mir kurz Bescheid sagen könntet.

Hallo markusg,

leider habe ich die Datei nicht mehr. Ich habe die E-Mail gelöscht und die Datei schon aus dem Papierkorb gelöscht ( kam durch den CC Cleaner ).

Kann ich die Datei nochmals wieder herstellen?

nein, ich habe leider keinen Zugang mehr zu der Datei, ich weiß, dass ist blöd, war wohl eine Kurzschlussreaktion in der Müdigkeit; normalerweise öffne ich solche blöden E-Mails oder deren Anhänge auch nicht, aber das passte so zeitlich wegen des Angebots von o2... :(

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn dies von einem Team Mitglied angewiesen wurde!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich
ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

Bitte downloade dir Combofix.exe und speichere es unbedingt auf deinem Desktop.

ich habe Combofix durchlaufen lassen, jedoch wurde nach dem ersten Durchlauf keine *.txt Datei erstellt; als ich Combofix erneut gestartet habe, wurde mir am Ende nun die *.txt Datei angezeigt.

Diese findest du anbei.

Während des ersten Durchlaufs wurden ein paar Dateien gelöscht, im zweiten jedoch nicht mehr ( was ja auch logisch ist ); aber so wie es ausgesehen hat, waren es ältere Systemdateien, vielleicht zehn an der Zahl.

Die Meldung erscheint, wenn ich ein Programm öffnen möchte:
