Virusbefall, kann nichts mehr installieren
 

Ich habe ein kleines Problem. Ich habe ein neues Sony Vaio Laptop und bin noch nicht dazu gekommen, dem einen Virenscanner zu verpassen. Jetzt war ich nicht da und meine Frau hat fleißig gesurft. Dummerweise habe ich jetzt wohl einen Virus. Ich kann weder auf die Dateien installieren noch CDs installieren, sprich alle neuinstallationen gehen nicht.
Damit kann ich auch leider keinen Virenscanner nachinstallieren...

Hat jemand eine Idee ?

Ich habe die ausführbare Datei genommen. Die zur Installation sagt mir, wie alle anderen Programme auch, dass diese Ressource bereits verwendet wird.

Ok das macht das ganze wirklich nicht einfacher, trotzdem hier gehts weiter:

1.) Mach bitte den Kaspersky Online Scan, um zu sehen, ob dein Computer infiziert ist!

2.) Mach bitte einen Norton Online Scan! Hier wählst du "Continue to Symantec Security Check". Dann bei "Virus Detection" auf "Start" klicken. Bericht bitte hier posten!
