Trojaner-Board - Bitte um Hilfe beim Auswerten!!

Hallo,
ich hatte vor kurzem diverse Viren und Spyware auf meinem Rechner. Vlt hab ich nicht alles runter bekommen-mein PC ist nun sehr langsam und der Browser und Windows-Explorer stürzt immer öfter ab..
