Trojaner-Board - Hijack-this log----kann mal bitte jemand rüber sehen?

So ich hab einfach den anweisungen gefolgt und alles so mit combo gemacht wie es beschrieben hab..Nun weiss ich nicht ist mein Rechner wieder ok?vlt kann mir einer was sagen/helfen..Danke euch........................
