Trojaner-Board - verseucht?!

Hi, bin nicht so der megaspezialist aber habe doch schon bemerkt , dass mein system von backdoors etc. befallen ist. habe

auch derbe probleme mit meiner dsl verbindung, was die übertragungsgeschwindigkeit angeht und auch about blank seiten nach

längerem surfens.
Stelle mal hier mein hijackthis log rein und hoffe mir kann jemand von euch weiterhelfe, ob denn z.b. eine system

neuinstallation notwendig ist (msdos.pif)? Vielen dank für die hilfe!
