Windows 10 abgestürzt
 

Mein Laptop ist vorhin abgestürzt. Da kam ein blauer Bildschirm und irgendwas mit "not_handled" und eine Prozentzahl, die bis 100 geladen wurde.

Seitdem ist mein Laptop total langsam und funktioniert eigentlich nur relativ normal, wenn ich den PC nicht über das Startsymbol neu starte, sondern einfach den Startknopf gedrückt halte.

Lade und installiere das Programm hier und poste dann die entsprechenden Logs.

Habe ich versucht. Aber es kommt folgende Fehlermeldung: "Die Ordnungszahl 1002 wurde in der dll "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\dbgeng.dll" nicht gefunden." :(

Und was ist Nano Network Security? Ist das Panda?

Sieht zumindest so aus, als ob es ein Teil von Panda wäre.

Testweise kannst du Panda mal entfernen, ja.

Am besten Panda komplett deinstallieren mit revo:

Lade Dir bitte von hier Revo Uninstaller (alternativ portable Revo Uninstaller) herunter.

• Installiere und starte das Programm. (Bebilderte Anleitung zu Revo Uninstaller)
• Klicke auf Optionen und wähle als Sprache Deutsch.
• Suche im Uninstallerfeld nach den Programmen:
  
  
  (alles von Panda)
  
  
  
• Wähle die Programme nacheinander aus und klicke jedes Mal auf Uninstall.
• Wähle anschließend den Modus "Moderat" aus.
  
• Reste löschen:
  Klicke auf dann auf und dann auf .

 

So, hab alles gelöscht und es scheint funktioniert zuhaben. Jedenfalls ist der Laptop nun wesentlich schneller hochgefahren.

Kann mir jemand ein anderes, kostenlos Virenprogramm empfehlen?

EDIT: Ich habe mal den Windows Defender aktiviert. Ist der zu empfehlen?

Konnte nicht ahnen, das Filepony hier nicht up to date ist. Solche Programme benötige ich höchst selten, auch ist W10 nicht mein Standardbetriebssystem.
