Hallo,

Ich habe das Problem das die google suche bei mir nicht mehr fuktioniert, die suche selbst dauert lange und gefundene Seiten werden nicht geöffnet bzw. verlangen direkt die aktivierung bzw. installation von java/flash programmen.

Mein AVG Virenscanner hat mir vor 2 wochen die Datei occi.exe als Problem angezeigt allerdings lief nachdem die Datei in quarantäne war auch vieles anderes nicht deswegen hab ich es wieder rausgenommen, jedoch tauchte danach das google Problem auf. AVG hat seither auch 2 weitere *.exe dateien angezeigt die erfolgreich in quarantäne verschoben worden sind.

Ich habe jetzt logfiles erstellt und malwarebites nach der Forenanleitung durchgeführt. Vielleicht könnt ihr mir helfen ob das Problem behoben ist oder nicht.

Pfade sind nicht mit *** versehen aber ich glaube es gibt zuviele die "chris" heißen als das man da was dran fest machen könnte

Die reihenfolge der logfiles ist

1.) Hjackthis
2.) otl Scan
3.) Malware bites mit anschließendem entfernen und reboot

Die logs sind als Zip hinzugefügt

Das Logfile müsste geöffnet werden, wenn Du nach dem Fixen auf ok klickst, poste das bitte. Evtl. wird der Rechner neu gestartet.

Hallo,

Ich habe OTL nach den Anweisungen ausgeführt. Leider kann ich das log nicht posten. Es stand dort das alle Probleme gefixt wurden. Als ich es allerdings ausgewählt habe zum kopieren gab es nen blackscreen und nichts ging mehr

Nun wollte ich eben mein Post fertig schreiben und beim erwähnen der allmächtigen suchmaschine gab es nen gelben bildschirm und nichts geht mehr ich hoff das ist nur ein dummer zufall >_<

Vor ein paar Minuten hab ich was gesucht den nachdem malwarebites die Probleme behoben hatte ging es wieder etwas zu zu suchen bis gerade eben. Dann wurden wieder irgendwelche java apps installiert bzw. ich wurde aufgefordert sie zu installieren.

Ein Leitfaden und Tutorium zur Nutzung von ComboFix

• Lade dir ComboFix hier herunter auf deinen Desktop. Benenne es beim Runterladen um in cofi.exe.

• Dann folgende Anleitung durchlesen und abarbeiten -> CCleaner Systembereinigung

• Schliesse alle Programme, vor allem dein Antivirenprogramm und andere Hintergrundwächter sowie deinen Internetbrowser.

• Starte cofi.exe von deinem Desktop aus, bestätige die Warnmeldungen, führe die Updates durch (falls vorgeschlagen), installiere die Wiederherstellungskonsole (falls vorgeschlagen) und lass dein System durchsuchen.
  Vermeide es auch während Combofix läuft die Maus und Tastatur zu benutzen.

• Im Anschluss öffnet sich automatisch eine combofix.txt, diesen Inhalt bitte kopieren ([Strg]a, [Strg]c) und in deinen Beitrag einfügen ([Strg]v). Die Datei findest du außerdem unter: C:\ComboFix.txt.

Wichtiger Hinweis:

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn ein Kompetenzler dies ausdrücklich empfohlen hat!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

Leider geht bei mir weder der Link zum tutorial von Combo fix noch der download von kombo fix. Ich kann auch nicht auf die Seite www.bleepingcomputer.com zugreifen. es kommt jedesmal ein seitenladenfehler. Auf chip.de finde ich das Programm nicht zum download und weiß außer der bekannten leider keine suchmaschine zum selbst weiter suchen -_-

Ok. Bitte nun Logs mit GMER und OSAM erstellen und posten.
GMER stürzt häufiger ab, wenn das Tool auch beim 2. Mal nicht will, lass es einfach weg und führ nur OSAM aus - die Online-Abfrage durch OSAM bitte überspringen.
Bei OSAM bitte darauf auch achten, dass Du das Log auch als *.log und nicht *.html oder so abspeicherst.


Downloade Dir danach bitte MBRCheck (by a_d_13) und speichere die Datei auf dem Desktop.

• Doppelklick auf die MBRCheck.exe.
  Vista und Win7 User mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator starten"
• Das Tool braucht nur einige Sekunden.
• Danach solltest du eine MBRCheck_<Datum>_<Uhrzeit>.txt auf dem Desktop finden.

Ok sowohl GMER als auch osam gingen nur leider weiß ich nicht wie ich avg deaktivieren kann ohne es gleich ganz zu deinstallieren ich hoffe das geht trotzdem, laut GMER tutorial soll man ja alles ausschalten.

Das MBR-Log ist unvollständig!

okay hier nochmal ein neues MBR log. Du hast geschrieben es dauert einige sekunden. Ist es normal das das ausführende Fenster offen bleibt und nicht geschlossen werden kann? Habe gut 2 minuten gewartet bis ich es beenden wollte.
Oder muss ich es aus dem abgesicherten modus starten? Wlan ausschalten oder ähnliches?

Normalweise dauert es nur ein paar Sekunden. Das ist aber kein Grund es direkt nach 3 Sekunden abzuwürgen

Hast Du noch andere Betriebssystem außer WinXP drauf?

Wenn nicht, also WinXP das einzige installierte System ist: Starte den Rechner neu und wähle im Bootmenü die Wiederherstellungskonsole aus.
Tipp dort den Befehl fixmbr ein (dann Enter, mit j bestätigen) danach den Befehl fixboot (dann Enter, mit j bestätigen)
Mit exit (dann enter drücken) wird der Rechner neu gestartet. Führe im normalen Windowsmodus mbrcheck nochmals aus und poste das neue Log.

ich hab 2 Platten im raid 0 laufen. Und Win XP ist mein einziges OS. Poste dann das neue log, und wie gesagt lief mbr en paar minuten ohne das die platte oder sonstwas en mucks von sich gegeben hätte :/

Was willst du mit RAID0? Damit hast du doppeltes Ausfallrisiko!

Hab das eben mal probiert. von was für einem boot Menü reden wir den??

Habe nun das XP boot menü versucht, das ich mit F8 aufrufe nachdem das bios durch ist.

Dort gibt es keine wiederherstellungskonsole zum auswählen. Und das was dort steht bringt auch keine dos eingabe sondern startet windows mehr oder minder normal, debug mode, abgesichert, abgesichert mit netzwerk, abgesichert mit eingabeaufforderung.

Was für boot menüs gibt es den noch?

Wenn du den Rechner startest gibt es für 2-3 Sekunden kurz ein Auswahlmenü, wo du Windows normal oder eben die Recovery Console starten kannst.

ist mir noch nie aufgefallen. Ist das ein menü bei dem ich runter scrollen kann oder ähnliches oder nur eine aufforderung irgendeine taste zu drücken?
