Plötzlich hohe Cpu auslastung, ohne erkennbaren Grund



Hallo,
ich habe seit drei Tagen ein Problem mit meinem Pc:
Plötzlich wird beim Benutzen jeglicher Programme der Cpu zu 100% ausgelastet.
Dies geschah von einem Tag auf den anderen ohne, dass ich irgendwelche Programme heruntergeladen oder installiert habe.
Als erstes habe ich den Pc neugestartet, was das Problem natürlich nicht gelöst hat^^
Dann habe ich Malwarebytes durchlaufen lassen, allerdings ist mein Pc dabei abgeschmiert, vermute, weil der Cpu überlastet/überhitzt ist.
Beim Neustarten, habe ich den Pc dann im Abgesicherten Modus gestartet, hier ist die cpu auslastung ganz normal...
Habe auch hier Malwarebytes laufen lasssen und es wurde nichts gefunden.

Im normalen Modus finde ich im Task Manager keine Prozesse, die viel Leistung beanspruchen..

Habe keine Ahnung was ich noch machen soll, hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen -.-

Also das System läuft wieder flüssiger und die Cpu Auslastung ist nicht mehr so extrem hoch, allerdings haken/stottern Spiele immernoch sehr, aufgrund Der Auslastung.

Also es hat sich gebessert,ist aber nicht wie zuvor.
