Trojaner an Bord und nicht zu kriegen...

Mal nen Wochenende nicht da gewesen... schon was aufm Rechner ... bin selbst kein Computercrak... und bin über Google über dieses Forum gestolpert.

Das Problem... beim Online Banking meiner Ma ist eine gefälschte Seite aufgetaucht die verschiedene Tan nummern verlangt...

Und der Rechner kommt mir seit dem ein wenig langsammer vor als vorher....

Danach, wenn ich ok gesagt habe, führst du den OTL fix durch:

OTL FIX DURCHGANG:

Alles an Programmen schliessen! OTL als Admin. starten. Antiviren Wächter deaktivieren. In das weisse, leere Feld (Benutzerdefinierte Fixes) kopierst du genau den Inhalt vom Codefenster (unten) ein. Danach auf den roten "FIX" Button klicken. Der PC startet neu! Das Log kommt automatisch nach dem Neustart. Poste es.

Alle Antivirenwächter/Antispywächter müssen deaktiviert werden bevor Combofix scannt! Alle Programme geschlossen sein! (auch InternetExplorer Firefox) Nichts anklicken wenn Combofix scannt! Warte geduldig ab bis CF fertig ist und das Log kommt. Poste es dann hier.

Dieser PC ist noch lange nicht sauber und noch nicht für Online geschäfte nutzbar!
