Hallo,

Ich habe seit ein paar Tagen schon ein Problem, das hier offensichtlich einige zu haben scheinen / hatten.

Auszug aus Ereignisse von Avira:
In der Datei 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\kbdqok.dll'
wurde ein Virus oder unerwünschtes Programm 'TR/Agent.RUO.4' [trojan] gefunden.
Ausgeführte Aktion: Zugriff verweigern

Diese Datei wird immer wieder in einen Quarantäneordner verschoben.
Ich bin nun leider auch nicht so firm und wende mich hiermit an Euch.
Wie sollte ich jetzt genau verfahren?

Bitte ein Log von OSAM posten, mit diesem Tools bekommt man das Rootkit rel. schnell und einfach weg.

Hmmm, über den Link, der nach "Downloade dir die protable Version von hier:" unter der OSAM-Anleitung steht, gelange ich auf eine leere Seite. Zumindest ist diese bei mir nur weiß. : /

Habe es gerade nochmal probiert und es funktioniert.

Bitte mit OSAM deaktivieren (siehe Anleitung zu OSAM). Poste danach ein neues Log von OSAM und lass die Datei (falls noch vorhanden)

bei https://www.Virustotal.com auswerten. Bitte dann den Ergebnislink posten.

Bin wieder daheim und fahre den PC hoch. Lese, was ich tun muss.
Ich starte OSAM, um nach Anweisung fortfahren zu können und lasse erneut scannen, denn das ist ja das erste, was dieses Programm macht. Nur ist nach diesem Scan nicht mehr genannte Datei auffindbar.

Was mach ich nun? Hier der Log vom Scan gerade eben.

Ich hoffe, das war gerade eben nicht zuviel Eigeninitiative.

Die Datei findet er nicht mehr.

Warum deaktivierst Du einfach so den SPTD? Du solltest nur diesen "sysann" deaktivieren. Der SPTD-Treiber ist für die Daemontools zuständig, wunder Dich also nicht, wenn Du das neu installieren musst.

Mach bitte Kontrollscans mit Malwarebytes und SUPERAntiSpyware und poste die Logs.
Denk dran beide Tools zu updaten vor dem Scan!!

PDF-Reader aktualisieren
Dein Adobe Reader ist nicht aktuell, was ein großes Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Du solltest daher besser die alte Version über Systemsteuerung => Software deinstallieren, indem Du dort auf "Adobe Reader x.0" klickst und das Programm entfernst.

Ich empfehle einen alternativen PDF-Reader wie SumatraPDF oder Foxit PDF Reader, beide sind sehr viel schlanker und flotter als der AdobeReader.

Java-Update
Veraltete Java-Installationen sind ein Sicherheitsrisiko, daher solltest Du die alten Versionen löschen (falls vorhanden) und auf die neuste aktualisieren. Beende dazu alle Programme (v.a. die Browser), klick danach auf Start, Systemsteuerung, Software und deinstalliere darüber alle aufgelisteten Java-Versionen. Lad Dir danach von hier das aktuelle Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) herunter und installiere es.
