Hallo Zusammen,
habe ein massives Problem seit letzter Woche und hoffe es kann mir hier jemand helfen.

Eigentlich hatte ich bisher nie Probleme, bis mir am Freitag auffiel, daß ich mein XP nicht updaten konnte. Das automatische Update war auffällig lange nicht mehr gelaufen und ich habe versucht über die Website zu gehen - leider ohne Erfolg. Es endete immer mit der Fehlermeldung "Die Webseite kann nicht angezeigt werden"

Dann habe ich als Laie versucht über Google zu recherchieren, bin auf Euer Forum gestoßen und habe mir folgende Programme heruntergeladen:

a. CCcleaner
b. PC Tools Spyware Doctor
c. Adaware
d. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware


a. funktioniert soweit ich es beurteilen kann einwandfrei und hat auch einiges bereinigt

b. ist zwar installiert worden, ich kann es aber leider nicht starten weil es wie MS Update - keine Verbindung zum Internet aufbauen kann um die Datenbank zu aktualisieren

c. findet auch Einiges - Löschen ist jedoch zwecklos. Beim nächsten Aufruf vom Browser ist alles wieder da, ein Update via Website ist auch hier unmöglich

d. findet folgendes:

Der Scan vom SuperAntiSpy kommt gleich, war aber auch ein Problem, da ich ihn von http://www.trojaner-board.de/51871-a...tispyware.html wieder mal nicht dowloaden konnte...

Online Updates funktionieren nicht ...



...klappt leider nicht - wie immer ist ein Online update nicht drin. Er bricht mit Fehlercode 732 (0,0) ab. Diesen soll man an das Supportteam melden.

Die Webseite kann ich auch (wiedermal) nicht aufrufen - es ist zum verzweifeln.... kommt nur ""Die Webseite kann nicht angezeigt werden"


Da wird mir wohl echt nix überbleiben als die Kiste neuaufzusetzen *panik*
