snafu

hi, bittttttttttttttte kann mir einer helfen ich komm nich mehr kla, mein internet is auf einmal zu langsam zb bei webseiten und auch youtube, ich brauche 30min um ein kurzen vieo zu laden :-(, ich hab n laptop und benutze umts vodafon surf mobile xs. aber ich hab nur ne download geschwindigkeit von 7kb.....

wenn ich hijack anschmeisse dann kommt das:
