Ein Experte wird sich mit weiteren Anweisungen melden und Dir helfen die Malware zu entfernen oder Unerwünschte Software zu deinstallieren bzw. zu löschen. Bitte schildere dein Problem so genau wie möglich. Sollte es ein Trojaner oder Viren Problem sein wird ein Experte Dir bei der Beseitigug der Infektion helfen. |

| |  Trojaner TR/Spy.Zbot.MU und Win32.Agent.pz Durch eine Mitteilung seitens der Bank habe ich erfahren, dass sich auf meinem Laptop ein Trojaner befindet. Mein Konto wurde deshalb gesperrt. Ich habe auf meinem PC AntiVir, das wird regelmäßig aktualisiert, hat mir aber nie einen Trojaner angezeigt. Hab mir dann Spybot installiert, Spybot hat 10 Einträge von Win32.Agent.pz gefunden, wenn ich dies über Spybot löschen will, wird sofort der Bildschirm schwarz und das ganze System stürzt ab. Hab ich mehrmals versucht, klappt nicht. Seitdem wird mir bei jedem Neustart von AntiVir angezeigt, dass sich der Trojaner TR/Spy.Zbot.MU auf meinem PC befindet. Egal ob ich auf Löschen oder In-Quarantäne-verschieben klicke, es scheint nichts zu passieren. Denn der nächste Spybot-Durchlauf zeigt, diese 10 Einträge von Win32.Agent.pz sind immer noch da. Ein Suchdurchlauf von AntiVir findet komischerweise nichts. Nur, wie gesagt, nach Neustart erscheint immer wieder die Meldung, dass der Trojaner da ist. Hab es hier über die Suchfunkton versucht, das hat mich aber nur noch mehr verwirrt, als irgendwie zur Klärung beigetragen. Bin absolut kein Computer-Freak. Brauch also gewissermassen eine Anleitung für Dummys... Wie werde ich diesen Trojaner wieder los? |

__________________Hier gibt es das Tool -> dss.exe * Schließe alle Anwendungen * Doppelklicke dss.exe um das Programm zu starten * Wenn der Scan abgeschlossen ist wird sich ein Notepad mit dem Inhalt der main.txt öffnen. Ein weiteres Logfile, die extra.txt liegt im Verzeichnis c:\Deckard\SystemScanner\extra.txt * Kopiere den Inhalt der beiden Logfiles in diesen Thread, bitte als ['CODE]['/CODE] Was Deckards System Scanner macht: * Es Erstellt einen System Wiederherstellungspunkt * es säubert die temporären Dateien, Downloaded Program Files, Internet Cache Dateien und es leert den Mülleimer auf allen Laufwerken. |

| |  Trojaner TR/Spy.Zbot.MU und Win32.Agent.pz Vielen Dank für die Antwort! Leider hab ich trotz des Links nicht verstanden, was Neuaufsetzen des Systems bedeutet? Das Löschen der Festplatte? Was ist denn dann mit meinen ganzen Dateien? Irgendwie bin ich immer noch nicht schlauer... Ich habe also keine Chance, diesen Trojaner zu löschen? Warum stürzt denn Spybot immer ab, wenn ich versuche, diesen Trojaner zu löschen oder in Quarantäne zu verschieben? Es gibt also kein Programm, dass ihn löschen kann??? Und Passwörter ändern, bevor der Trojaner weg ist, bringt nichts??? Und warum heißt es mal TR/Spy.Zbot.MU und dann aber Win32.Agent.pz??? Ist das das gleiche? Nur warum dann zwei verschiedene Name? Und warum sind von Win32.Agent.pz 10 Einträge da, es wird aber nur 1 TR/Spy.Zbot.MU angezeigt??? Fragen über Fragen, aber wie ich ihn nun wieder los werde, weiß ich so konkret immer noch nicht ...  |

Sophos Anti-RootKit - Gehe zu Sophos - (Anleitung) und lade dir ihren Rootkitescanner herunter. Du bekommst eine Installationsdatei sarsfx.exe. - Starte diese, akzeptiere die Lizenz und lass das Programm installieren, ändere den Pfad C:\SOPHTEMP nicht. - Gehe mit dem Explorer in diesen Ordner und starte sargui.exe, schließe danach alle anderen Programme. - Lass unter Area alles angehalt und starte den Scan mit "Start scan". Der Scan dauert einige Zeit, wenn er fertig ist poppt ein Fenster auf mit einer Zusammenfassung, klicke dort "Ok". Beende den Sophos Rootkitscanner, dieser Scan dient nur der Analyse. - Starte den Explorer und gib in der Adresszeile "%temp%" ein (ohne Anführungsstriche), dort gibt es eine Datei sarscan.log, deren Inhalt bitte posten. Wenn ich die sicher, schleppe ich den Trojaner doch mit. Ich will ihn aber doch loswerden  Und die Datensicherung geht ja nicht in 10 Minuten, werde Tage brauchen, und bin halt total abgeschnitten, was bestimmte Aktivitäten im Internet angeht  |
