Seit einiger Zeit ist mein PC sehr langsam geworden, CPU ist bei 20 - 45 %, Arbeitsspeicher ist fast völlig zu, bei 80 - 90 %.

Defoggger habe ich gemacht, kein Hinweis.

Kann man mehr Arbeitsspeicher installieren?
Prozesse abstellen?

Ich hab testweise ein Vista Ultimate mit 1 GiB RAM in einer VM installiert (über Oracle VirtualBox, Wirts-OS ist Xubuntu 12.04 64-Bit), ist quasi nackig, außer allen Windows-Updates und ein paar kleineren Programmen, wirklich nur eine Hand voll, nichtmal ein Virenscanner ist drauf und das Teil grottig lahm, meine Win7-VM mit der gleichen RAM-Aussattung läuft gefühlt wesentlich besser

Kann man mehr Arbeitsspeicher installieren?

Ja, unbedingt, Vista sollte imho min. 2 GiB RAM haben
