| |  (2x) Cmd.exe, Malwarebites FF Spybot funktionieren nicht, Virus? Hallo Forum, ich habe folgendes Problem: Seit zwei Tagen funktioniert Firefox nicht mehr (lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen). Habe FF bereits deinstalliert etc.. funktioniert nicht. Habe darauf hin Google Chrome Installiert, was sich auch nicht öffnen lässt. Ein Scan via Norton Internet Security 2012 ergab keine treffen. Jedoch öffnet sich nach einem Neustart immer das Fenster des Windows-Befehlprozessors, mit dem Programmpfad: C:\\Windows\SYSWOW64\cmd.exe welches "änderungen an einem Programm vornehmen möchte. Habe dem ganzen vor Tagen mal zugestimmt (großer fehler wahrscheinlich). Jedenfalls wenn ich ablehne, ploppt das fenster sofort wieder auf.... Habe Spybot runtergeladen, kann ich nicht öffnen... Habe Anti-Malware runtergeladen, auch das lässt sich nicht öffnen... Das scheint also alles miteinander zusammen zu hängen... Was kann ich nun tun? Bin nicht so Computer-afin..Man könnte auch sagen ein Anfänger was Computer Know-How angeht.. Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. Ich benutze Windows 7, der Laptop ist ein halbes Jahr alt und ich habe leider kein Backup gemacht, habe aber wichtige Daten drauf. Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe. |
