Hallo,

vielleicht könnt ihr mir weiterhelfen, denn auch nach einigem Lesen im Board kam ich nicht wirklich weiter (was sicher auch an meinen absolut mangelhaften PC-Kenntnissen liegt ... sorry).

Am Montag in der Nacht zwischen 2.37 und 2.47 Uhr wurden über meinen GMX-Account Spam-Mails an wahrscheinlich alle Adressen versandt, die in meinem GMX-Adressbuch aufgeführt waren. Da auch meine Geschäftsadresse dabei war, habe ich das morgens kurz nach 6 Uhr gemerkt, da ich dort eine Mail "von mir" erhielt. Es handelte sich um eine Mail ohne Betreff mit einem Link.

Ich habe mich dann bei GMX eingeloggt. Bei meiner Anmeldung in GMX (vom Arbeitspc aus) war als letzter Login derselbe Montag mit 2.37 Uhr verzeichnet! Ich war das nicht (da schlaf ich in der Regel)! Mein Laptop war zu diesem Zeitpunkt ausgeschaltet und sogar von der Stromversorgung getrennt. WLAN nutzen wir nicht, sondern gehen immer über Kabelverbindung ins Internet, also gab es auch kein Zugang über unser Netzwerk zuhause (WLAN ausgeschaltet am Router).

Im "Gesendet"-Ordner beim Account waren die gesendeten Mails nicht vorhanden. Im Posteingang befanden sich drei Failure-Mails, da drei der verwendeten Adressen nicht mehr aktuell waren (ich habe das Adressbuch nur wenig benutzt). Es wurden wohl mehrere Nachrichten abgesandt, jede wohl an 5 Adressen, der Link variierte.

Ich habe zunächst folgendes unternommen:
- Originalmail an mich gelöscht (sorry, Schreckreaktion)
- WarnSMS und Warnmail an alle aus dem Adressbuch versandt
- E-Mail-Passwort und alle anderen Internetpasswörter geändert
- Adressbuch bei GMX komplett gelöscht

Ich benutze kein E-Mail-Programm, sondern logge mich direkt über die Internetseite ein. Für die E-Mails nutze ich den Laptop zuhause und den ArbeitsPC sowie ganz selten den PrivatPC meines Bruders, kein Handy o.ä. Zugang ins Internet erfolgt immer über Kabel.
Im Urlaub kann auch mal ein fremder PC genutzt worden sein. In den letzten 6 Monaten habe ich mich allerdings sicher von keinem fremden PC mehr eingeloggt.

Ich nutze Mozilla Firefox, Windows 7 64bit, dazu Avira Antivir.

Nach dem Lesen im Board habe ich einen Scan des Laptops mit Malwarebytes gemacht - dabei wurde nichts gefunden.
Zudem habe ich Avira komplett als Scan laufen lassen - nichts.
Defogger hat keine Fehlermeldung ausgegeben.
OTL hat die angehängten Dokus erzeugt.

Könnt ihr damit schon etwas anfangen?

Haben wir uns nun einen Trojaner eingefangen oder war es ein externer Angriff auf den GMX-Account (ich fürchte nicht, fehlgeschlagene Logins gab es in der Vergangenheit nicht)?

Wie bekomme ich meinen Laptop wieder sauber? Wäre ein Neuaufspielen oder das Wiederherstellen über die Systemsteuerung auf den Zeitpunkt nach Kauf (Februar 2011) sinnvoll und ausreichend (ist eh eine Menge ungenutzter Programme drauf). Oder gibts eine andere Möglichkeit, den Schädling auszurotten?

Einen Trojaner beim ArbeitsPC kann ich denke ich ausschließen, da dieses Netzwerk extrem gut abgesichert ist (sehrgroße Anzahl Nutzer).

Hattest du ein zu einfaches Passwort? Beschreib mal wie das Passwort vorher war, also Länge und Zeichensatz.
Ein schwaches Passwort besteht zB nur aus kleinen Buchstaben oder nur aus Zahlen und ist kürzer als 8 Stellen.

Hallo Arne,

hüstel...ja, mein Passwort war wirklich nicht das beste. Es war der Vorname einer Freundin plus vier Ziffern, insgesamt also 4 kleine Buchstaben und 4 Ziffern. Dazu hatte ich es noch sehr viele Jahre in Gebrauch (*Reue* ja, ja, ich bin schon ganz klein mit Hut).

Ich habs inzwischen von einem sicheren FremdPC auf ein wirklich langes (17stelliges) kombiniertes Passwort aus Groß-, Kleinbuchstaben, Sonderzeichen und Ziffern geändert...

Fehllogins hatte ich aber auf meine Account bis dato keine (sieht man mal von meinen eigenen wenigen Vertippten ab).

Noch ein Hinweis: Ich hatte das Passwort auch in Mozilla hinterlegt... auch das habe ich jetzt abgestellt... Kann es daran gelegen haben? Kann man da mitlesen o.ä.?

Weitere Scans in den letzten Tagen erbrachten übrigens auch kein neues Ergebnis mehr.

Entgegen der Vermutung in dem Bericht deines interessanten Links (danke!) habe ich das alte Passwort aber nie für andere Logins / Websites genutzt.

Ja, Passwörter über den Browser abzuspeichern empfand ich noch nie als besonders clevere Idee
Nimm lieber sowas wie KeePass
Ist zwar etwas unbequemer, aber dafür auch sicherer, Passwörter sind dann sicher und verschlüsselt im Passwort-Tresor

Hallo Arne,

danke, werds beherzigen. Aus Schaden wird frau klug!

Eine letzte Frage: Muss ich nun noch etwas unternehmen oder kann ich die Sache für mich abhaken? Sprich: muss ich davon ausgehen, dass sich vielleicht doch auf meinem Laptop ein Programm versteckt, das die Eingaben im Internet mitliest und an Dritte weitergibt? Bisher habe ich mich noch nicht wieder getraut, die geänderten Passwörter z.B. für Amazon und Ebay am Laptop zu verwenden.

Und falls es noch ein Risiko gibt: Hilft eine komplette Neuinstallation von Win7 dagegen oder wäre das die Kanonenkugel auf den Spatz? Gibts eine Möglichkeit, einen Befall wirklich auszuschließen?

Wiederherstellen mit Rücksetzungspunkt ist ja glaube ich nicht leider nicht wirksam bei solch einem Problem, oder?

Wirklich ausschließen kann man eigentlich so nie etwas aber abklopen kann man dein System schon. Nur panisch hysterisch gleich alles wegformatieren find ich gelinde gesagt übertrieben v.a. wenn man noch rein garkeine Anhaltspunkte auf ein infiziertes System hat


Bitte erstmal routinemäßig einen neuen Vollscan mit Malwarebytes machen und Log posten. =>ALLE lokalen Datenträger (außer CD/DVD) überprüfen lassen!
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss!

Die Funde mit Malwarebytes bitte alle entfernen, sodass sie in der Quarantäne von Malwarebytes aufgehoben werden! NICHTS voreilig aus der Quarantäne entfernen!

Falls Logs aus älteren Scans mit Malwarebytes vorhanden sind, bitte auch davon alle posten!




ESET Online Scanner

  • Hier findest du eine bebilderte Anleitung zu ESET Online Scanner
  • Lade und starte Eset Online Scanner
  • Setze einen Haken bei Ja, ich bin mit den Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden und klicke auf Starten.
  • Aktiviere die "Erkennung von eventuell unerwünschten Anwendungen" und wähle folgende Einstellungen.
  • Klicke auf Starten.
  • Die Signaturen werden heruntergeladen, der Scan beginnt automatisch.
  • Klicke am Ende des Suchlaufs auf Fertig stellen.
  • Schließe das Fenster von ESET.
  • Explorer öffnen.
  • C:\Programme\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt (bei 64 Bit auch C:\Programme (x86)\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt) suchen und mit Deinem Editor öffnen (bebildert).
  • Logfile hier posten.
  • Deinstallation: Systemsteuerung => Software / Programme deinstallieren => Eset Online Scanner V3 entfernen.
  • Manuell folgenden Ordner löschen und Papierkorb leeren => C:\Programme\Eset

1.) Geht der normale Modus von Windows (wieder) uneingeschränkt?
2.) Vermisst du irgendwas im Startmenü? Sind da leere Ordner unter alle Programme oder ist alles vorhanden?

Windows läuft ohne Probleme - ich hatte aber auch gar keine Probleme mit Windows, kein Start im abgesicherten Modus o.ä. Am Laptop ist und war überhaupt nichts ungewöhnliches.

Startmenu ist ganz normal, leere Ordner habe ich nicht. Es funktioniert alles wie gehabt.

Lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop. Falls schon vorhanden, bitte die ältere vorhandene Datei durch die neu heruntergeladene Datei ersetzen, damit du auch wirklich mit einer aktuellen Version von OTL arbeitest.
  • Starte bitte die OTL.exe.
    Vista und Win7 User mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator starten"
  • Setze oben mittig den Haken bei Scanne alle Benutzer
  • Kopiere nun den kompletten Inhalt aus der untenstehenden Codebox in die Textbox von OTL - wenn OTL auf deutsch ist wird sie mit beschriftet
