Ein Experte wird sich mit weiteren Anweisungen melden und Dir helfen die Malware zu entfernen oder Unerwünschte Software zu deinstallieren bzw. zu löschen. Bitte schildere dein Problem so genau wie möglich. Sollte es ein Trojaner oder Viren Problem sein wird ein Experte Dir bei der Beseitigug der Infektion helfen. |

| |  Ardamax Keylogger (vermutl. ohne Trojananer) - wie System sichern? Guten Tag werte Trojaner-Boardler, i' hoab eh kleines Problemche. Und zwar bin ich ein Opfer des "MonitoringTool.Ardamax" Keyloggers geworden. Zu dem Zeitpunkt war bei mir Eset Nod 32 als AV-Programm aktiv, gemeldet wurde der Keylogger aber nicht von Eset sondern vom "Windows Wartungscenter" (/Defender!?). Der Keylogger wurde 2x gemeldet immer kurz nach dem Start von Windows/Firefox. Nachdem 2. Mal trat das Problem nicht mehr, auch nicht nach erneutem Neustart. Eine zwischenzeitliche ausgeführte Komplett-Untersuchung mit Eset brachte nur zutage das Spyware-Cease (mit dem ich eigentl. den Keylogger deinstall. wollte) ein Malwareprogramm ist und die Installationsdateien von Spyware-Cease gelöscht wurden (ich hatte beim Google noch rechtzeitig gemerkt, dass es Malware ist, und die Installation abgebrochen). Also kurz gesagt: Nach dem 2. Löschversuch von Windows Wartungscenter/Defender kam nix mehr. Auch kann ich keine der hier: hxxp://www.pcthreat.com/parasitebyid-8293en.html angegebenen Prozesse im Task-Manager finden. Eine Voll-Untersuchung mit Microsoft Safety hat auch nichts mehr zu Tage gebracht (außer eine Datei, von der ich weiß dass sie sicher ist/Fehlalarm). WICHTIG: Ich habe gelesen, der Keylogger kommt oft durch ein Virus/Trojaner auf den PC. Bei mir war das vielleicht anders. Ich lud ein Website-Template herunter, das durch Anklicken immer aus dem Firefox-Download-Manager verschwand.  Ich dachte was ist da los. Kurz darauf wurde Keylogger gemeldet. Da immer nur der Keylogger gefunden wurde, und sonst nichts, gehe ich davon aus, dass mein unvorsichtiger Download den Keylogger einschleuste und kein Virus/Trojaner.Meine Fragen: 1. Haltet ihr das für möglich? (Keylogger ohne Trojaner) 2. Da kein Virenscanner mehr was findet (ich lasse gleich noch Malwaresbytes laufen), kann ich davon ausgehen, dass mein System sicher ist? 3. Wenn ich noch 10 Virenscans mit versch. Programmen mache, kann ich trotzdem nicht sicher sein? Man muss so ein Ding doch in den Prozessen irgendow sehen können, oder nicht? 4. Ihr empfehlt immer trotzdem eine Re-Installation, wie ich hier oft lese. Wie kann ich bestehende, wichtige Daten sichern?
