Liebe Forenmitglieder,

ich habe ein Problem mit Malware, die hier im Forum schon oft diskutiert wurde. Zunächst hatte ich eine Fakealert-Meldung (Bundespolizei, 100€ per Ucash etc.). Avira, mein Antivirenproblem blieb inaktiv, fand aber bei einer Systemprüfung einige Malwaredateien. Ich dachte, dass Avira diese Viren beseitigen würde, was aber offensichtlich nicht klappt. Jetzt habe ich keinen Zugriff auf Desktop-Icons. Minimierte Fenster sind nicht in der Taskleiste zu sehen. Die Sprachwahl (DE) ist nicht mehr an die Taskleiste gebunden. Die Takleiste hat die Farbe gewechselt. Das Startmenü funktioniert zwar, aber es werden die letztgewählten Programme nicht mehr angezeigt.

Bitte nun routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit Malwarebytes machen und Log posten. =>ALLE lokalen Datenträger (außer CD/DVD) überprüfen lassen!
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss! Außerdem müssen alle Funde entfernt werden.

Falls Logs aus älteren Scans mit Malwarebytes vorhanden sind, bitte auch davon alle posten!

• Hier findest du eine bebilderte Anleitung zu ESET Online Scanner
• Lade und starte Eset Online Scanner
• Setze einen Haken bei Ja, ich bin mit den Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden und klicke auf Starten.
• Aktiviere die "Erkennung von eventuell unerwünschten Anwendungen" und wähle folgende Einstellungen.
• Klicke auf Starten.
• Die Signaturen werden heruntergeladen, der Scan beginnt automatisch.
• Klicke am Ende des Suchlaufs auf Fertig stellen.
• Schließe das Fenster von ESET.
• Explorer öffnen.
• C:\Programme\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt (bei 64 Bit auch C:\Programme (x86)\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt) suchen und mit Deinem Editor öffnen (bebildert).
• Logfile hier posten.
• Deinstallation: Systemsteuerung => Software / Programme deinstallieren => Eset Online Scanner V3 entfernen.

Vielen Dank für deine Hilfe. Ich habe den Malwarebytes-Vollscan gemacht und es hatte 14 Treffer, die alle entfernt wurden. Zwischendurch hat Malwarebytes einen Angriff verhindert. Dann habe ich nochmals einen Scan gemacht, bei dem nichts gefunden wurde. Nach Entfernung der Malware hat sogar mein Antivir einige Meldungen gehabt. Ich verstehe von diesen Dingen nur wenig aber mir kommt es vor, als hätte vor einiger Zeit Malware mein Antivir behindert, so dass sich umso mehr Malware ansammeln konnte. Ich gebe zu, dass ich mir um so etwas nie groß gekümmert, da nie etwas passiert ist. Kann man daraus also schlussfolgern, dass Antivir nur unzureichenden Schutz bietet ?

Das ist wohl ein Programm zum CD-brennen, das ich vor Jahren heruntergeladen habe - möglicherweise aus nicht-vertrauenswürdiger Quelle (Goldesel ?) . Der Ordner 'Formatierung' enthält etliche .exe-Dateine zur eventuellen Neuinstallation. Das ist aber längst überholt, daher habe ich den ganze Ordner gelöscht. Das Programm war nicht installiert auf diesem Laptop und stammte von 2009. Sollte dies das Einfallstor gewesen sein ?
