Plagegeister aller Art und deren Bekämpfung: Bundespolizei Trojaner!

Bundespolizei Trojaner!



Hallo,

ich habe mir diesen Bundespolizei Trojaner auf meinem pc eingefangen und kann jetzt nichts bedienen... (Win7 64BIT)

ich habe mir einige Themen darüber durchgelesen und bin mir nicht sicher ob ich jetzt nach ein bestimmten verfahren gehen soll... es soll ja jedes unterschiedlich sein (http://www.trojaner-board.de/106080-...zei-virus.html)

Ich habe viele wichtige Datei und Programme auf mein pc (Autodesk Inventor,MegaCAD, Itunes,Photos..alles noch nicht extern gesichert :-/) und habe erst vor gerademal 7monaten alles neu eingerichtet.

Was soll ich jetzt genau tun?

Ich habe 2Betriebssysteme auf 2 unterschiedlichen Festplatten.
einmal windows 7 64BIT auf einer 500gb Festplatte (wo alles Wichtige ist)
Und zusätzlich Windows XP 32BIT (Das ist mein erst installiertes System auf mein PC) auf einer zweiten 500GB Festplatte. Ich
benutze auf beiden Systemen Antivirenprogramme von AVG 32BIT free.

Ich möchte jetzt wissen ob ich erst mal mit Windows XP wenigstens surfen kann ohne dass der Trojaner auch auf dieses System springt....

ich werde wohl am besten nochmal alles löschen müssen unter win7 und die Dateien auf das Windows XP System zu kopieren oder auf eine Externe Festplatte. Aber ich möchte sicher gehen das die Dateien nicht infiziert sind um nicht nochmal auf eine Neuinstallation das gleiche Problem zu haben.... :-(

  • Alle Logfile mit einem vBCode Tag eingefügen, das bietet hier eine gute Übersicht, erleichtert mir die Arbeit! Falls das Logfile zu groß, teile es in mehrere Teile auf.

Sobald Du diesen Einführungstext gelesen hast, kannst Du beginnen

Falls du doch für die Systemreinigung entscheidest - Ein System zu bereinigen kann ein paar Tage dauern (je nach Art der Infektion), kann aber sogar so stark kompromittiert sein, so dass eine wirkungsvolle technische Säuberung ist nicht mehr möglich bzw Du es neu installieren musst::

Für Vista und Win7:
Wichtig: Alle Befehle bitte als Administrator ausführen! rechte Maustaste auf die Eingabeaufforderung und "als Administrator ausführen" auswählen
Auf der angewählten Anwendung einen Rechtsklick (rechte Maustaste) und "Als Administrator ausführen" wählen!

1.
TDSSKiller von Kaspersky
  • Lade den TDSSKiller und entpacke das Archiv auf Deinen Desktop.
  • Vergewissere Dich, dass die TDSSKiller.exe direkt auf dem Desktop liegt (nicht in einem Ordner auf dem Desktop).
  • deaktiviere vorübergehend dein AntiVirus-Programm
  • Starte die TDSSKiller.exe durch Doppelklick.
  • Nach Beendigung der Arbeit schlägt das Tool vor, das System neu zu starten.
    Bestätige das ggfs. mit Y(es).
    Beim Hochfahren des Systems führt der Treiber alle geplanten Operationen aus löscht sich danach.
  • Poste mir den Inhalt von C:\TDSSKiller<random>.txt hier in den Thread.
Hier findest Du eine ausführlichere Anleitung.

Lade Dir Malwarebytes Anti-Malware von→ malwarebytes.org
  • Installieren und per Doppelklick starten.
  • Deutsch einstellen und gleich mal die Datenbanken zu aktualisieren - online updaten
  • "Komplett Scan durchführen" wählen (überall Haken setzen)
  • wenn der Scanvorgang beendet ist, klicke auf "Zeige Resultate"
  • Alle Funde - falls MBAM meldet in C:\System Volume Information - den Haken bitte entfernen - markieren und auf "Löschen" - "Ausgewähltes entfernen") klicken.
  • Poste das Ergebnis hier in den Thread - den Bericht findest Du unter "Scan-Berichte"

3.
Systemscan mit OTL

Lade (falls noch nicht vorhanden) OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop.
  • Doppelklick auf die OTL.exe
  • Vista und Windows 7 User: Rechtsklick auf die OTL.exe und "als Administrator ausführen" wählen.
  • Oben findest Du ein Kästchen mit Ausgabe.
    Wähle bitte Standard-Ausgabe
  • Unter Extra-Registrierung wähle bitte Benutze SafeList.
  • Mache Häckchen bei LOP- und Purity-Prüfung.
  • Klicke nun auf Scan links oben.


  • Wenn der Scan beendet wurde werden zwei Logfiles erstellt.
    Du findest die Logfiles auf Deinem Desktop => OTL.txt und Extras.txt
  • Poste die Logfiles in Code-Tags hier in den Thread.

4.
Ich würde gerne noch all deine installierten Programme sehen:
Lade dir das Tool CCleaner herunter
Download
installieren (Software-Lizenzvereinbarung lesen, falls angeboten wird "Füge CCleaner Yahoo! Toolbar hinzu" abwählen)→ starten→ Sprache → Deutsch auswählen
dann klick auf "Extra (um die installierten Programme auch anzuzeigen)→ weiter auf "Als Textdatei speichern..."
wird eine Textdatei (*.txt) erstellt, kopiere dazu den Inhalt und füge ihn da ein

hallo kira,

viele dank erstmal das du mir hilfst!

Die Anleitung habe ich mir schon durchgelesen und bin dabei alles vorzubereiten ich werde sobald ich es schaffe meine LOGS hochladen aber zuvor habe ich noch eine Frage aufgrund der Risiken (- da die Fehlerprüfung und Handlung werden über große Entfernungen durchgeführt,).

Frage1:
Könnte ich theoretisch einige Datein bevor ich nach der Anleitung gehe im Abgesicherten Modus auf meine Externe Festplatte kopieren?? z.B. Fotos, Itunes oder wird dadurch der trojaner/virus mit kopiert?? Ich habe keine Ahnung von..
es geht mir hauptsächlich um die Sicherung meiner datein. Wenn das sichern meiner Datein auf die externe Festplatte auf sicherem weg möglich wäre dann würde ich das System einfach mit Win7 neu aufsetzen.

Frage2: Was ist mit meinem erstem System WinXp32BIT ? Ist der mit betroffen vom trojaner?

TDSSKiller findet überhaupt nichts (er braucht ca 2 min.. und fragt mich auch nicht nach einen neustart) ... auch im abgesicherten modus nicht..
es läuft gerade malwarebytes...

Ja, kannst Du machen, aber beachte folgendes:

1.
Datensicherung:
► NUR Daten sichern, die nicht ausführbaren Dateien enthalten - Dateiendungen - Dies ist eine Liste von Dateiendungen, die Dateien mit ausführbarem Code bezeichnen können.
- Vorsicht mit den schon vorhandenen Dateien auf die extern gespeicherten Daten und auch jetzt mit dem Virus infizierte Dateien eine Datensicherung anzufertigen
- Am besten alles was dir sehr wichtig, separat (extern) sichern - nicht mischen eventuell früher geschicherten Daten, also vor dem Befall!
- Eventuell gecrackte Software nicht sichern und dann auf neu aufgesetztem System wieder drauf installieren!

- Vor zurückspielen - bevor du mit deinem PC direkt ins Netz gehst...:
- die Autoplay-Funktion für alle Laufwerke deaktivieren/ausschalten -> Autorun/Autoplay gezielt für Laufwerkstypen oder -buchstaben abschalten

Die auf eine externe Festplatte gesicherten Daten, gründlich zu scannen von einem suaberen System aus, am besten mit mehreren Scannern-> Kostenlose Online Scanner - Anleitung

Ich würde Dir vorsichtshalber raten, dein Passwort zu ändern
z.B. Login-, Mail- oder Website-Passwörter
Tipps:
Die sichere Passwort-Wahl - (sollte man eigentlich regelmäßigen Abständen ca. alle 3-5 Monate ändern)
auch noch hier unter: Sicheres Kennwort (Password)
